RootedNJM was born from real life—not perfection.

I’m a mother, a woman learning as I go, and someone who wasn’t always taught how to slow down and care for herself. In seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, exhaustion, and rebuilding, I realized how easy it is for women—especially mothers—to pour into everyone else while neglecting their own bodies.

Hydration became one of those small but powerful acts of self-care that changed everything.
